The following organizations received Expansion Grants from MMP:

- Partnership 4 Kids
- TeamMates Mentoring Program
The following organizations were awarded Capacity Building Grants:
- Kids Can Community Center
- Youth Emergency Services
Three organizations were awarded in-kind Technical Assistance Grants:
- Banister’s Leadership Academy
- Kids Can Community Center
- Omaha North High School
